One of the greatest authorities on aikido and other martial arts.
He passed away on 15 of march 2005 in the age of 77.
For 16 years fe was a menthor of our club.
He will be forever in the memory of his students and persons fortunate enough to meet him.

Michal Rybicki

Teaches novice and children groups. Besides aikido, his interest is modern dancing. He uses his experience in dancing in aikido and the other way around.

Club history
1982 - Jan Wrzeszcz established the first aikido club in Poznan. From this club comes Black Belt main instruktor, Michal Gorski
1984 - the birth of second aikido club in Poznan under Marian Nowak
1986 - the fusion of the two clubs - Aikikai Poznan
1989 - Nishio Sensei becomes the mentor of Aikikai Poznan (lessons and dan grades)
1990 - 1995 - The club is visited by many foreign masters: i.e. Yokota Sensei (6 dan) from Hombu Dojo, Carsten Meller from Denmark (6 dan), Bob Forest (6 dan), Leo Lauersen (5 dan), Paul Matthis (4 dan). Instructors go and studies aikido and iaido in Japan, USA and EU
1995 - Nishio Sensei comes to Poznan
od 1995 - further developing i propagating Nishio Aikido style, establishing new branches in Poland and abroad
